Deposit, Cancellation, Refund
A 50% Deposit is required upon commission order. Deposit applies toward cost.
If a customer decides to cancel a commission within the 24 hour period following their order request, they will receive a full refund of deposit. After this 24 hour period, deposits are non refundable. If an order is cancelled after the "process and revision" phase, 25% of payment will be refunded. Work will begin immediately after payment has been received. No refunds will be offered for work that has begun. I will send periodic status updates and or photo updates throughout the creative process.
Shipping and Packaging
A commission will typically be finished between 2 - 6 weeks after payment. Turnaround time may vary depending on the complexity of the piece.
Upon completion of art piece, I will send an image of the final product.
All parcels are sent on the fastest delivery option to ensure the quickest and safest possible delivery of your art piece.
All paintings are packaged with care. In the very unlikely event of any damages I ask for the customer to immediately send me images of the product and packaging. The product will then need to be sent back to me in its original packaging. The cost of all shipping will be met by the customer. Any repairs or replacement will be completed at no additional cost.
Terms of Service
Do not redistribute, reproduce, or otherwise use any parts of the image for personal profit (i.e. selling it in any form whether digitally or physically) - with the exception of work specifically commissioned, and with previous consent, for commercial use.• Do not recolor, alter, or otherwise edit my artwork without permission.• Do not use my work in NFT or AI projects.• Personal use of the image is allowed, i.e. sharing on social media with credit, desktop or phone backgrounds, printing the image for home decor, etc.
TheArtofRousse (M.Rousse), retains copyright on all artwork produced and reserves the right to use all paintings on social media platforms and my website for my own promotional material. I will not reproduce customers artwork for sale.
I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim the artwork as their own.• I reserve the right to accept or deny commissions, at my sole discretion, based on the content of the request.• I reserve the right to post the artwork on social media and use it in personal portfolios. Please let me know beforehand if you'd like the commission to be private.
